These Terms of Use govern your use of 17-0 (the "Game") at perfect170.com, operated by Try Hard Studios LLC, a California company ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. This page is a plain-language summary of our terms and is not legal advice.

The Game

17-0 is a free-to-play entertainment game. It is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL or any team. NFL team and player names are used only to identify the players and teams in the Game.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or redistribute the Game's code or content for commercial purposes
• Use bots or other automated tools in ways that degrade the Game for others, or that submit false scores, leaderboard entries or challenge results
• Choose a display name that is offensive, hateful, or impersonates another person, or that contains personal information
• Interfere with the site's security or operation, or attempt to access data that is not yours
• Click on ads artificially or encourage others to do so
• Remove or obscure attribution, disclaimers or copyright notices

We may remove leaderboard entries or restrict access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Intellectual Property

The Game's code, design, ratings, written content and original artwork belong to Try Hard Studios LLC. NFL team names, player names and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification. We claim no ownership of them and no affiliation with them.

Advertising

The Game is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Ads may appear alongside content. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used and how to opt out of personalized ads.

No Warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that ratings and simulation results reflect real-world outcomes. You use the Game at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Try Hard Studios LLC and its members and operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Game. Because the Game is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
